Took a chance and ordered a set of Aliexpress titanium alloy headers listed for the 790 Adventure. I only purchased as I got fed up cleaning the rusty standard headers. Arrived pretty quickly, quality seems pretty good and no fitment issues at all.
Hi mate. Everything is still good with the Chinese headers. No issues whatsoever. Still retaining the nice purple colour. To be honest it was one of my best purchases. Hard to beat for the price. Fortunately I didnt get hit with any import duties etc. I was expecting too but didn't.Hey Matt could you keep us updated? Still no issue whatsoever?
I'm on to the verge of buying them. Can't find any decent tit. headers besides Austin Racing and yours which are compatible with the belly protector aswell. Austin's look great but I would overpay the chinese ones just on the import tariff and tax which is ridiculous.

The ones advertised for the duke don't follow the same lines as the original header and hang under the engine where it meets the cat.Think its a copy of a race header.
Yes it does. I have it on mine. I have a s2 concepts belly pan coming as well as I couldnt find a ktm powersports version in stock ATMAnybody know if the Adventure specific one with decat pipe will fit the Duke OK?

Mine is loud as it gets, and I love it, not for the feint. It's easy to swap out the catalytic converter and see for yourself if it's something you want to do or not.Looks sharp , I might pull the trigger then. Its weird that it has only changed colors in few places. Do you have picture of the bike on the ground , with wheels and etc? Got any sound clips ? I have spark dual exhaust and its loud with catalyst in place cant decide if I should decat or not.
I guess it makes sense might try to remove cat and do a small resonator/muffler on its place there seems to be enough space. I am not sure if the gains are worth it considering u can get same power with Cat and without Cat. As far as coloring, I have 100miles on this header if that, I'm sure there will be more color once I get up to proper temps and get some use out of the new girl.
