Low battery voltage will do that. If a bike cuts out like this, it may be that the battery is bad altogether and charging it will not help.

Worth trying, though. Once the bike starts, you may want to look at your charging voltage, as well, to see that it is within spec. Also check for current draw.

I found fuse 2 blown since but new one in hasn’t made a difference

 

Check the sidestand switch. Mine had a wire break and the bike cut out at 50mph with a big exclamation mark on the dash. It would fire but not idle. Worth a look

 

When I got the immobilizer alert on mine. I immediately replaced the battery. No more issues.

 

Not so worried about that it’s more the fact th e ecu failure and mtc failure faults that won’t clear even after charging the battery
How can you clear faults?

 

get a obd2 reader, get the adapter for ktm, plug in obd2 reader, clear codes

 

Update.. so charge the battery fully sitting at 13.2 volts
Found fuse two blown
Put new fuse in and it’s also blow does anyone have any idea,

 

You have a live wire connected to ground (earth) need to see what circuits fuse 2 covers, and see what is causing the blown fuse by elimination, disconnecting components etc.

 

Also bought a lead for obd2 ton6 pin but what app have you used?

 

I use torque obd,I have a paid version to check diesel stuff for my truck, they have a free version as well
