What is the weight without fuel? I have a two motorcycles carrier hitch-mounted that is rated for 600 lbs. My dirt bike weighs 260 lbs, and I'm guessing the 790 is about 400 lbs with no fuel? I would be 60 lbs over the limit.

Worth keeping in mind that your vehicle tongue weight limit might be less than the max rating of your hitch carrier....unless you have a full frame vehicle, they tend to be pretty low.
edit: CW listed the tested wet weight of the 790 at 414 pounds. So less a full tank of gas at 22.2 pounds that puts the net weight at 391.8
