I’m thinking about trading my 2018 Duke 790 tot a new 2020 version due to engine issues.
What is new, changed and better or worse in 2020 version? Or is it all the same?

Yeah as far as the dealer told me it's just colours. You'll pay £8999 for a 20 model. I got a 19 for 2k less so was a no brainer

I'm planning to trade my current 390 Duke 2018 for a 790.
Also couldn't find any changes on the 2020 model, except for the livery.

But I just found this:
The original torque always had 77 Nm, but on the current KTM website it says: 87 Nm at 8000 rpm.
This would mean that the engine had a little power increase.

This website also confirms the torque increased for 2020 compared to the 2019 and 2018 model.
The compression ratio and injection system differ as well.

the 2018 model also had 87 Nm torque. I just checked in the original KTM brochure I got when I ordered my 2018 790 Duke. I have the 2020 model for almost 2 weeks now and must say that 2 years of updates made the bike even better. It runs smoother and better.
