I know you can calibrate speedo’s on cars, as we had to do it with our fleet. But I’m not sure if you can do the same thing with a bike. Surly they can for legal reasons? Can’t have the reading over as it could cause major issues in a crash. Legally I would think?
At 100 km/hr on the GPS, my speedo reads 106 km/hr. My Suzuki GSX-S 1000 read 107-108 km/hr as did my Street Triple and Blackbird. All pretty typical. One of my riding partners has the plug and play Speedo Healer device on his Hayabusa to get the reading spot on. Don't know if they make one for the 790.
