Sometimes the city over waters along the roads, and it leaves a 10-20 feet long puddle. I always tensed up.
What is the proper technique of going through this section rubber side down?

Well, the answer depends on the depth of the puddle. If it's too deep, you'll hydroplane.

But for your typical shallow puddle: Neutral throttle and don't tense up on the bars.
