My bike is a little filthy from the rain this week. I installed everything over the past two weeks but finished up tidying the indicator wiring this afternoon.

The fire department was called once I started it up

Bike looks and sounds great man. How are you finding that Remus can at higher freeway speeds?
It is very loud. It sounds great and makes lane splitting easier. I wear earplugs whenever I'm commuting now. I used to listen to music on my Sena but I can only hear it on max volume and that's not a great thing.

It has been pouring rain for the past week here. Once it dries up I'll borrow my friend's go pro and get some more sound footage.

That is why i tend to keep the db-killer in and also because of the sounds regulations on random track-days.

Exhaust looks ace.

Quick question - can see you removed the rear hand rails, did you have any issues replacing the bolts? My bolts at the far rear nearest the tail don’t seem to go all the way in, they seem a bit long - have tightened them as much as possible, but they stick out a tiny bit. Did you swap them for shorter ones as yours look flush?

You should have gotten the shorter bolts when you purchased your motorcycle, if not you should get them for free from the dealership.

Right, I’ll check the box they put the stock exhaust in, if not I’ll just get them to swap them when I’m next at the dealer. Thanks

My bike didn't come with the handrails. Maybe that's a European spec?

Dealer probably left it off (like mine did) as it’s part of the pre delivery build. He said ‘I thought you did not want it as so many remove it’, but he did supply it when I asked. There are two sets of bolts long and short if you do want to remove it.
