Red line after brake-in period

Question .... I’ve past that 1000km mark on my last ride. So as soon as I did i stop on the side and play around with the options. I noticed that you can push all the way up to 11000rpm for the rpm line to change colour and/or flash! I didn’t try yet since the Cut off seems to be at 9500(if I’m right) so it won’t even change change before cutting out!?!. Does it mean that with the evo full exhaust tune it could rev higher??? I know that it may be available to do it with a PCV on the 790D(it does on my Raptor700 but with titanium valve spring).
