Other than your current steeds:

2012 Honda CBR-1000RR (Black) owned from new.

Rode a friends custom soft tail in Ft Myers, Florida.

Lasting impression? Yes, it burned my leg!

I rode my wife's 2015 CBR600RR for the first time on Sunday, does that count? The bike felt very planted and stable, and made my 790 feel like a tinker toy when I got back on it. At least the 790 has torque and doesn't kill my back...

I'll test out the memory banks and go back through my recent bikes - say the past 10-11 years or so:

2019 KTM 790 Duke (current)
2017 GSXR1000

Last bike I rode other than my 790 was a friends 1290 SD a couple weeks ago. He's got a deposit down on an 890R currently which the dealer expects to arrive this week or next.

24 year old Honda VFR750 (2nd one). .fun but . .too heavy.

KTM 790 Duke . . . .brilliant for me.. . Less weight, more power, agility. . . . Grin every ride

Always look at it before I close the garage door. . . . . .says it all 😀

She's a goodie, fun to ride with the limited brakes, gear leaver on the right and rear foot brake on the left. View attachment 4344
Nice photo Dave - where was it taken? Is it inland from Motunui? I can't remember the exact location but it looks like the same location as the photo below. I was visiting a classic bike show at the Topec Centre in 1994 and on one of the rides, we stopped for a photo op at an old coach bridge. That's me in the foreground and my BMW K100RS in the background.
