If I switch to Track Mode then enable Supermoto, do I still get traction control but without rear ABS? Do I still get full front and lean angle ABS? Basically, I still want the riding aids, but I only want to be able to lock the rear tires on demand.

Yes on both counts. It turns off ABS on rear wheel in addition to deactivating MSR (slip regulation).

Interesting, manual says you can adjust the MSR, but I can't find it in the menus.

I think this is for the traction control - see the direction of the arrows in the graphic....
Yeah you're right, it is for TC, not MSR. But... where do we adjust it? I can't see the option in the menus... 🤔

Where do we adjust TC? Or MSR?

TC is the up/down arrows on the left bar switchgear once you are in track mode. The MSR is a feature that helps the slipper clutch to avoid rear wheel hop, I don't believe that's tunable is it?
