that's surprising, normally the Bluetooth module has to be enabled in the firmware on the bike by the dealer (mentioned on page 6 of the instructions above).
Is it possible you already had the Bluetooth module?
That's awesome! Was the bike pre-owned?? The dealer activation is what's keeping me from pulling the trigger on the myride module. All 3 dealers local to me charge a flat fee just to hook up to their diagnostics tool. They want over $100 to switch my turn signals to LED mode.
Just recently had an incident where my bike got hit ant knocked over in a parking lot. Didn't find out until eight hours later, so the chances of finding the guy are slim. That got me to thinking that I need an alarm.

I am possibly looking to pick up a KTM PP Ergo seat but want to get some feedback.
I am 5'9" tall, 175 lb, and about 30" inseam. I can flatfoot the bike now but am very 50/50 on the stock seat (lack of padding and it tilts me in to the tank).
