Evotech

Installed the Evotech exhaust hanger and tail tidy. I must say, that company makes quality parts. Much better than I would expect from aftermarket. The only thing I would change is to have a slightly larger tail light. I like to be seen (especially when breaking in traffic). Also, the plate hanger does not fit our plates here in the US, so I ordered some R&G adapters. Would be nice if Evotech made a US specific plate hanger.

It will be another month or so before my plate arrives. I'll take some photos at that time.

Here is the adapter to make US plates fit the evotech tail. It could be done other ways, but this works very nicely.

nearly all tail tidies end up with small lights
they can look very sleek.

style or function I suppose
Have you ridden when it was wet? is there any protection at all or does all the spray and dirt end up on your back?

thanks

I don't ride in wet unless I get caught in it. I'm sure your back would be a mess..
How is your tail tidy holding up with the stock exhaust? I’m afraid to put mine on and melt the turn signals.

I have the Yoshimura tail tidy. I always find bits of gravel in the pillion cover. So I get I will be covered with water in the rain. :(

Did the standard U.S. Turn signals need an adapter or electrical modification to work with the tail tidy electrical system?

The kit comes with everything you’ll need to install them. I had zero issues installing mine and I’m in the US.
