After a few wet weeks and a bout with Omicron it was time to get back in the saddle.

Temps ranged from 58 to 67 degrees with plenty of sunshine lighting the way.

Pics included Pine Flat Lake, the lake channel and mini volcano, and Tollhouse where I used to fly hang gliders back in the 70's.

Clocked right at a hundred miles and had a ball.

I've seen sceneries worst than these
I always enjoyed my trips to Canuk-ville. Spent a fair about of time in Vancouver. Campbell River, Nelson and Kaslo too. Then a bit in Calgary Alberta and Toronto.

Hard to beat the Canadian Rockies for great views. Flew hang gliders there back in the early 70's.
