OK - So I was wondering if the chain can be removed intact without cutting it?Just replaced mine few weeks ago, I got D.I.D 520 Chain and SuperSprox sprockets, make sure you get a quality chain cutting and riveting tool. Also get a quality torque wrench and some Locktite 2071 for the rear bolts and 232 for the front sprocket nut. At least that what is says in manual and thats what I did.![]()

Yeah was wondering about this when I changed it, whats the advantege of having a rubber dumper on the sprocket ?Front sprocket I would use KTM originals - They have the rubber damper ring.
The same effect as the cush drive rubbers in the rear hub - less stress on the chain and gearbox.Yeah was wondering about this when I changed it, whats the advantege of having a rubber dumper on the sprocket ?
