I would invest in a good basic socket and torx socket set and a torque wrench, a 10-70 nm range will be okay for most things. A larger torque wrench for wheel axle nuts if you are refitting wheels and a breaker bar for removing nuts that are tight or thread locked. And yes also thread lock fluid for some, also listed in the manual.
There are some basic torx tools in the tool kit but you will need a torque wrench to get the correct tightening to avoid damage. You will find torque settings in the manual KTM are good at this and give an extensive listings unlike other manufacturers.
Good tools will pay for themselves, but you can pick up good used tools if you don’t want a big financial hit.
