Hi
My local bike shop (non KTM) installed Andreani cartridges to my 790 Duke a couple of weeks ago. All seemed ok however I was pretty underwhelmed and didn't really notice a great deal of difference from stock.

I then took the bike for it's second service at my local KTM dealer and the technician there said he thought the forks felt strange and had no rebound or compression or anything, just a spring like pogo stick!!

I then called a suspension specialist and he told me to wind the rebound right in and see if the forks came up really slowly after they had been compressed. I tried this but when I wound the rebound right down, fork oil started coming out the top of the adjuster.

I would the adjuster back out enough to stop the oil coming out, compressed the forks and they bounced back quite quickly!

Any ideas?

Thanks for reading.

I am riding these fork cartridges for ~2500 miles. They work well for me. Much more compliant than the OEM. You might also want to check with FBI. I think that they are the distributor for the US. Even if they are not, they are extremely familiar with the setup.
