Got the bike back and the rearsets themselves are fine. I’m just lucky the bolt broke with a flat piece sticking out of the hole just large enough to get some pliers on to twist it out, rather than having to drill it out and tap new threads in.

So again, the design itself seems fine, but it would’ve been good if they designed the pegs to shear off the tips rather than break off at the bolt.

I was about to pull the trigger on adjustable rearsets but then I realize that it could worsen a small issue I have :
I have the Akra slip-on installed and my right boot does sometimes come in contact with the carbon shield ; I have the feeling that things may not improve with rearsets ...
Does anybody know if the stock KTM exhaust is less protruding by design ?
